Land Registry Information Point (PIC)

As a Land Registry Information Point (known in Spain as PIC), our Association offers the following services:

All citizens

Consultation and certification of unprotected land registry data.

Land registry holders or their representatives

Certification of the reasons for not appearing as the land registry holder.

Consultation and certification of protected land registry data (name, surname, business name, NIF, address and land registry value) and unprotected data relating to the properties owned.

The cost of this service will be as follows depending on the certificate requested:

This service is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, which you can request by emailing  info@gestoresmalaga.com or by phoning 952 35 42 08. The appointment will take place at our association headquarters (C/. Babel, nº 5), between 9am and 5pm.


If the service is requested by an authorised person or representative of the land registry holder, a copy of the registered holder’s ID must be provided, together with the duly completed authorisation form.

  • Literal Certificate: 4.00 euros.
  • Descriptive and graphic certificate: 17.00 euros.

En caso de que el servicio se solicite por persona autorizada o representante del titular catastral debe aportarse, junto al modelo de autorización debidamente cumplimentado, copia del DNI del titular catastral.

 

  • Certificado Literal: 4’00 euros.
  • Certificado descriptivo y gráfico: 17’00 euros.

  • Form 901N: Statement of change of ownership and change in the share of real estate.
  • Form 902N: New builds, extension, renovation, or refurbishment of real estate.
  • Form 903N: Aggregation, grouping, segregation, or division of real estate.
  • Form 904N: Change of cultivation or crop, change of use, or demolition of real estate.
  • Annex Form: List of Real Estate.

Como Punto de Información Catastral, en nuestro Colegio podrán obtener los siguientes servicios:

Cualquier ciudadano:

  • Consulta y certificación de datos catastrales no protegidos.

Titulares catastrales o sus representantes:

  • Certificación de la circunstancia de no figurar como titular catastral.
  • Consulta y certificación de datos catastrales protegidos (nombre, apellidos, razón social, NIF, domicilio y valor catastral) y no protegidos relativos a los inmuebles de su titularidad.

El coste de dicho servicio será el siguiente en función del certificado solicitado:

  • Certificado Literal: 4’00 euros.
  • Certificado descriptivo y gráfico: 17’00 euros.

  • Modelo 901N: Declaración de alteración de la titularidad y variación de la cuota de participación de bienes inmuebles.
  • Modelo 902N: Nueva construcción, ampliación, reforma o rehabilitación de bienes inmuebles.
  • Modelo 903N: Agregación, agrupación, segregación o división de bienes inmuebles.
  • Modelo 904N: Cambio de cultivo o aprovechamiento, cambio de uso o demolición o derribo de bienes inmuebles.
  • Modelo Anexo: Relación de Bienes Inmuebles.
